I highly recommend this hotel, equipped with every comfort, to make everyone feel good, from the grown-ups to the little ones, top entertainment.. especially the amazing Yordy and the legendary Riccardo, not to mention the dining room team, a breath of fresh air and so quick, also because they're led by the super maître d' Davide, a person who truly loves his job and life. So if I could, I'd give 100,000 stars to each of them. A big hug, we'll miss you, Federica, Mirko, Mattia and Christian.

A real holiday for everyone

It was our first experience in a family hotel and we were really pleased with our holiday! It was perfect for our girls, aged 2 and 10, and for us parents too, as we found a bit of time for ourselves.
Helpful and efficient staff, from reception to the service and housekeeping!
A special thank you to the fantastic nannies of the Nanny School (which few hotels offer included in the price), who looked after little Lisa with such sweetness and care every afternoon from Monday to Friday❣️ and a big thank you to the entertainment team, who made Agata's holiday so much more fun! 😁

A sure thing, by now it's almost home

Impeccable welcome, top services, there's always something to do for the kids and for the grown-ups too. The food is excellent and plentiful, chef Giorgio Miccoli is a guarantee, and his friendliness and helpfulness are rare. The entertainment is always "full throttle", thanks to Davide, who worked miracles to get both adults and children involved. After choosing this hotel for the fourth time, there will no doubt be a fifth.

A relaxing holiday!

We've just come back from the Hotel Club Family Costa dei Pini. A relaxing, carefree stay. Good food. Courteous, attentive and professional staff: reception, dining room team and housekeeping always helpful and quick. A special thank you to young Giorgia in the dining room for her kindness and dedication. Recommended.

EVERYTHING EXCELLENT!, the whole hotel staff 100% great, helpful and very kind and welcoming.
The animators were brilliant too, they kept things lively every single day, they were very welcoming and organised the days perfectly with activities suitable for everyone from the youngest to the oldest!!.
The cleaning ladies were brilliant as well, everything always clean!.
I highly recommend it to everyone, especially to those with teens/children (the only pity was the lift, which took too long to arrive).
I'll definitely be back because this experience was magnificent and unique.

Family holiday

This is the fourth year we've come back here….as always everything perfect, nothing to complain about…very good food…excellent room cleaning…we stayed in a two-bedroom apartment because there were six of us…a really spacious apartment with a really big balcony too…I'll definitely be back next year…
