I don't quite understand, are you a hotel or a residence? We are a family hotel with a very complete all-inclusive formula. We have spacious flats with all the amenities of a hotel. We take care of everyone, we set up the flat with everything we need, we do the cleaning twice a day like in a hotel.
Do you have parking spaces? Yes, we have parking spaces; we guarantee one parking space per unit and it is free of charge, either inside the building, in the courtyard or in the garage.
How far is the hotel from the beach? To get to the beach, cross the one-way street of the promenade and the pine forest, for a total of 50 metres, and a few minute walk.
How are you equipped for baby meals? In the hotel flats, we equip the kitchenette with crockery, saucers, high chair and everything you need, so you can be independent; you will, find vegetable broth, vegetable puree, oil and parmesan cheese at the restaurant buffet, and you can take it back to the flat and prepare your own food.
Are you equipped for gluten intolerant people? Our buffet formula does not allow us to guarantee the total absence of contamination in the preparation of dishes. For this reason, if there are people in your family who suffer from particular allergies or intolerances, we suggest you evaluate your stay based on the severity of these conditions. If you believe that your food intolerances can be managed by selecting dishes from the buffet, our maître d' will always be available to advise you on the dishes that best suit your dietary requirements.
How can I confirm the offer? To confirm, you must choose which offer you wish to book. Choose the desired payment option and click 'BOOK THIS OFFER' . You will then receive a confirmation with a summary of your booking and a request for a deposit to make your reservation effective. The balance is to be paid on site a few days before departure by credit card, debit card or cash.
In the event of cancellation, will you return the amount paid? With us, your holiday has no surprises but is transparent! - Cancellation with more than 30 days' notice: full refund of the amount paid. - Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the holiday: issuance of a voucher equal to the deposit paid, to be used for a future stay by summer 2027. - Cancellation communicated after this date: the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
What if I have to leave before the end of my holiday? In the event of any issues preventing you from completing your stay, we reserve the right to charge you for an additional 3 nights, in addition to the days already enjoyed.
Do you accept small children at the kids' club? Children from 4 years of age can participate in the kids' club activities. Younger children can participate in the activities if an adult is present.
What can young children under 4 years old who do not participate in the mini club do? Your child can go to our Nanny School. Two specialised nannies play with children from 8 months to 4 years of age, Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in a designated area. Reservations are required.
Should I bring the cot and high chair for my baby? No need. We'll take care of it. On request, we can put everything your child needs in the room free of charge: cot with bed linen included, baby bath tub, cot rails, changing table, toilet reducer, high chair, potty and bottle warmer, night light. Prams and bicycles with high chairs and helmets are available free of charge to all guests for short rides. If you want a pram for exclusive use or suitable for very small children, we recommend that you bring your own, as they may not always be available.
No more Dependance? The Dependance is no longer managed by us. We took over the 4-star Hotel Tintoretto, which is also on the seafront, opposite is the pine forest that leads to the beach reserved for the Tintoretto, Sara Beach. All services are present: swimming pool, restaurant, kids' club, playground. The rooms are larger and the spaces more spacious, a change aimed at improving the services offered to our guests.
Should we bring our own linen? Do we have to do the cleaning? Bed linen and towels are provided by us and include 1 bed linen kit and 1 bathroom kit (1 towel, 1 face cloth, 1 guest per person). We do the cleaning in the mornings with cleaning in the afternoons. Linen and cleaning are included in the price of your stay.
What time can we check in and check out? Flats are handed over by 1 p.m. and must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. On the day of arrival, you can also arrive early in the morning, park your car, have a welcome breakfast at the bar and enjoy lunch, All Inclusive and the beach then as soon as it is ready we will contact you. The day of departure ends with breakfast. The beach is not included.
Are beach towels included? They can be rented at the hotel reception and changed as needed at a cost of €15 each for the entire holiday.
If my baby gets sick, what can I do? No fear! From Monday to Friday, a paediatrician is present at the hotel at set times and is a free service. Out of hours, one can go to the doctor's office, which is only 1 km away.
Is the pool heated? Yes, it is warmed up to 24°. There is a larger pool with water at 120 cm, and a smaller one suitable for children with water at 90 cm, and a baby waterslide. It is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Is there a washing machine you can use? Washing machine and tumble dryer are located on floor -1 for washing children's clothes. Detergent and fabric softener included. Free service.
What does the Family Boat excursion consist of? It is a tour starting from Cervia's canal port to Cesenatico and back. Departure at 9.30 am and return at approximately 11.15 am. Fun and happiness guaranteed. To be booked on arrival for limited places.
Is there wi-fi in the facility? Yes, it is present in common areas and rooms.
To have an extra sunshade and two sunbeds in addition to those already included? They can be requested at the time of booking for a small addition of €15 per day.
If I arrive by train where do I get off? The Cervia/Milano Marittima railway station is about 4 km from the hotel. You can then reach the hotel by bus or taxi.
Is there public transport to reach Cervia's canal port? If you wish to visit Cervia (4 km) or Milano Marittima (6 km), there is a bus stop near the hotel. Buses run every 20 minutes. You can also hire bicycles free of charge at the hotel.
What are the meal times? And what if we have guests come to visit? Our meals are all buffet style. Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30 am, lunch from 12 noon to 2 pm and dinner from 7 to 9 pm. If you have guests over, just notify reception, which will issue a meal coupon. They can be settled directly at the hotel.
What does Dina La Merendina consist of? Every day from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. before going to the beach, children can pick up a 'Dina La Merendina' bag from our animators. Every day a different, tasty snack and for baby guests fruit puree.
Are pets allowed? Yes, only small sized pets. They are not allowed to enter the swimming pool, restaurant and children's areas.
